What if I don't have artwork?
No worry! We are here to assist with your artwork. Our in-house team will assist you with your artwork at no extra charge.
How does the approval process work?
Once we receive your artwork, our in-house designers will apply it to the tape template and send it to you for sign-off. You can have your artwork ready for approval in a matter of hours. It's that easy!
What files do you require?
Our online customiser accepts PDF, PSD, AI, and EPS (vector) files. If you don’t have a vector file, you can upload a JPG or PNG of your logo and we’ll contact you to help convert it for printing.
How do I know if my artwork is printable?
Our downloadable guide will assist you in what can and can't be printed however, our team will assist in cases such as your artwork being low resolution, containing blurry lines or bleeds are incorrect.
How quickly can I get my printed tape?
- Standard dispatch: 12–14 business days from payment and artwork approval.
- Express dispatch: 3–5 business days from payment and artwork approval (Express Production fee: $300).
