What happens after I place my order?
After checkout, our dedicated printed tape team will review your design for any technical concerns and send a digital proof of your custom tape to your email within 4 hours. If any changes need to be made, you can request these after receiving your proof or emailing us at marketing@omnigroup.com.au.
How do I know if my logo or artwork is able to be printed on tape?
Our artist will check your file and advise if there are issues with things such as resolution, line thickness and colours before creating your artwork. You can contact us prior to placing your order on chat or email, marketing@omnigroup.com.au and we can advise you if your artwork is print-ready. If you do require adjustment to your artwork such as a redraw of a low-resolution file, we can organise this for you also and will advise accordingly.
Do you have eco-friendly branded tape options?
We offer a range of eco-friendly options, including paper tape and water-activated gummed tape that can be custom printed with your logo or branding. Will my custom design fade or rub off the tape?
Omni's custom printed tape is designed for everyday warehouse and shipping environments, with print that holds up well during handling and transit. Like any printed product, prolonged exposure to harsh conditions, excessive friction, or extreme heat can affect print over time, but under normal use the print will remain clear and consistent.
Do you use flexography for your printed tape?
Most custom tape is produced using flexographic printing, a reliable method used for high-volume tape printing. It uses specialised printing plates and fast-drying inks to create clear, consistent printing across every roll. Flexographic printing works well for logos, text, and more detailed designs, making it ideal for custom packaging tape.
Can printed tape be perforated and used as labels?
Our custom printed tape is available in perforation which is often used as tear-off labels, giving you a fast and cost-effective alternative to individual stickers. The perforated tape can be customised with your branding and printed in up to 3 colours.
