TempGuard Thermal Insulation Kit Small includes a 380mm L x 240mm W x 240mm H cardboard carton and two 265mm x 1080mm thermal insulation liners, providing a curbside recyclable cold chain packaging solution for shipping temperature sensitive goods. Designed for transporting products such as dinner kits and ready made meals, it offers an environmentally friendly alternative to foil bubble wrap and polystyrene foam boxes.

The thermal liners are manufactured from heavy duty kraft paper with a uniform inner padding made from 100% recycled materials. At 14mm thick, they absorb moisture to help reduce condensation while providing cushioning and protection during transport. When used with Gel Chill Ice Packs, TempGuard can maintain appropriate temperatures for 12 to 48 hours.
