White Honeycomb Wrapping Paper 500mm x 250m (420m expanded) 80gsm is an environmentally sustainable packaging solution designed as an alternative to traditional plastic bubble wrap. Also known as hex paper, this pre cut expandable paper opens into a honeycomb structure when dispensed and stretched, forming small hexagonal cells that provide effective cushioning and protection for fragile items during transit.

Made from recycled materials and FSC certified, this honeycomb paper is 100% recyclable, making it easy for customers to dispose of in curbside recycling while supporting environmentally responsible packaging practices. Lightweight and less bulky than plastic alternatives, it also helps save warehouse space, with one roll equivalent to approximately 20 rolls of bubble wrap.

Designed for efficiency, the interlocking honeycomb structure eliminates the need for adhesives, speeding up packing time and improving workflow. These rolls are compatible with honeycomb dispensers, including both manual and motorised systems with dual roll holders for paper and tissue, making application simple and efficient.

For added protection and enhanced presentation, white interleaf tissue paper can be used alongside honeycomb wrap. Mini rolls are also available in dispenser boxes for smaller volume applications.
