TempGuard Thermal Insulation Liners are a curbside recyclable cold chain packaging solution developed for the shipping of temperature-sensitive goods. This product is ideal for delivering items like dinner kits and readymade meals. It is an eco-friendly alternative to foil bubble wrap or polystyrene foam boxes which are bulky and hard to dispose of. Its thermal insulation is constructed from heavy-duty kraft paper containing a uniform inner padding, which provides superior insulating properties while being made from 100% recycled materials. TempGuard can maintain proper temperature when used with Gel Chill Ice Packs for 12 to 48 hours. These thermal liners are 14mm thick and absorb moisture reducing condensation on products while offering cushioning and protection during transport. Two insulated liners are used to form a set, one for the sides and one for the top and bottom. For your convenience, we have created a kit that includes everything you need to pack and ship your temperature-sensitive items.
