TempGuard Thermal Insulation Kit Medium includes a 480mm L x 240mm W x 240mm H cardboard carton, one 265mm x 1080mm small thermal liner, and one 535mm x 900mm large thermal liner, providing a 100% curbside recyclable packaging solution for cold chain transport. Designed for the delivery of temperature sensitive parcels such as dinner kits and ready made meals, it offers an environmentally friendly alternative to foil bubble wrap and polystyrene foam boxes.

The thermal liners are manufactured from durable kraft paper with recycled paper fibres and are 14mm thick to absorb moisture, reduce condensation, and provide cushioning and protection during transport. When used with Gel Chill Ice Packs, TempGuard helps maintain the proper temperature for 12 to 48 hours.
