The Steel Strapping Tensioner is designed for use with 12mm to 19mm rope or ribbon wound steel strapping to tighten straps around loads and help ensure they are held securely together. This easy to use hand levered tool is designed to increase strap tension with very little effort.
The tensioner is designed to rest on a flat surface of the load while the lever is pushed back and forth to tighten the steel strapping. It is used in conjunction with a manual sealer and metal clips to complete the strapping process.
