Random Carton Sealing Machine Side Belt Drive with guards (auto adjusting)

Designed to improve warehouse efficiency and consistency, this carton sealing machine automates the box taping process, reducing manual labour and minimising the risk of operator strain or injury. It delivers a clean, secure, and professional seal on every carton.

Using side belt drive technology, cartons are fed through the machine where top and bottom tape heads apply pressure-sensitive tape as the box moves along the conveyor. With a speed of 19 metres per minute, it supports continuous operation, allowing the next carton to be processed immediately.

This automatic “random” carton sealer adjusts to varying carton sizes without manual intervention, making it ideal for operations handling mixed box dimensions. It accommodates cartons from 120mm to 480mm wide and 120mm to 450mm high, with an adjustable table height of 550mm to 750mm.

Compatible with standard 1000m and 2000m machine tape rolls, it helps reduce downtime from roll changes. The machine can also be integrated into packaging lines with equipment such as carton erectors, shrink machines, and pallet wrappers for a streamlined workflow.
