Polyester PET Strapping Green Embossed 9mm x 3000m x 0.6mm

The 9mm polyester PET strapping has a lesser load capacity than the other PET straps in our range because of its narrower width. This green strap is 0.6mm thick and has a tensile strength of 200kg. Being non-corrosive, it is often used as an alternative to steel strapping. It is also softer on the load compared metal banding, therefore is ideal for bundling and securing fragile items that could be scratched and damaged by steel. This heavy-duty PET material has a high level of elongation and recovery which makes this strapping ideal for loads that may settle, expand, or contract during transit. The elongation helps to reduce the impact of sudden movement and keeps the load secure. Polyester strapping can be applied manually with a hand levered tensioner, then crimped together with a sealer and metal clips which hold the strapping in place. Otherwise, a sealless strapping tool can be used which is ideal for fast and high-volume applications. Made to suit mobile dispenser trolleys with a convenient tool holder are an ideal method of transporting and dispensing the rolls efficiently and quickly as well as making storage neater.
