Brown Honeycomb Wrapping Paper 380mm x 250m (420m expanded) 80gsm (500mm Long Core) is an environmentally sustainable packaging solution designed as an alternative to traditional plastic bubble wrap. Also known as hex paper, this pre cut expandable kraft paper opens into a honeycomb structure when pulled, creating small hexagonal cells that provide effective cushioning and protection for fragile items during transit.

Made from 100% recyclable and FSC certified materials, this honeycomb paper wrap is responsibly sourced and offers both environmental and operational benefits. Its interlocking design eliminates the need for adhesives, improving packing efficiency and reducing material usage. Lightweight and less bulky than bubble wrap, it also helps save valuable warehouse storage space, with one roll equivalent to approximately 20 rolls of traditional bubble wrap.

Designed for ease of use, these rolls are compatible with honeycomb dispensers, including both manual and motorised options for different production environments. For enhanced protection and presentation, white interleaf tissue paper can be used alongside honeycomb wrap. Mini rolls are also available in dispenser boxes for smaller scale operations.
