Filament Tape Omni 507 One Way 12mm x 50m is a very high tensile tape used for heavy duty carton sealing and strapping applications. It contains fibreglass reinforcement filaments on the adhesive backing, giving the tape high strength and tear resistance.
These woven strips allow the tape to withstand intense pressure during the transit of loads and help prevent elongation, making it suitable for bundling and securing heavy or delicate products during shipping.
One Way Filament Tape, also known as single woven filament tape, has fibreglass reinforcement in a single direction. This provides high tensile strength for heavy duty applications, although it can be split lengthways as there are no reinforcements across that direction.
Two Way Filament Tape, also known as cross woven filament tape, has fibreglass reinforcement in both directions. This increases strength and prevents splitting lengthways, although it is typically more expensive than one way tape.
