The Omni Cingo is a mobile pallet wrapping machine. Warehouses use this machine to wrap oversized pallets that cannot fit on a turntable or are challenging to manoeuvre.
The Cingo machine wraps pallets with stretch film to secure the load for transport. This battery-operated mobile pallet wrapper provides exceptional mobility and convenience. Its compact size allows for wrapping in small areas.
You can rent these robotic pallet wrapping machines for a low-cost monthly fee. We provide full maintenance and servicing on these machines.

FUNCTION
- Adjustable parameters: cycle selection, bottom & top wraps,
rotation speed, carriage speed going up & down, film tension,
photocell delay, starting height. - Reinforcing operation.
- Working cycles: up/down; top sheet; only ascent; only down.
- 3 working modes: manual, semi-automatic, fixed height.
- Guide wheel with quick height adjustment.

- The customer can save 20 programs.
- Battery charge monitoring and a warning message on the display when the battery is low.
- An advanced battery charger with an efficiency of> 85%,
a microprocessor fully controls the charging process,
and the battery is automatically reset after connecting a new battery.
It also protects against polarity inversion and short circuits,
has auto diagnostic capabilities, compensates for
voltage drops on the battery cables, and has a normally closed power contact.
