1. Membership & Eligibility
(a) The Omni Rewards Program (Program) is an online-only rewards program offered by Omni Group Pty Ltd (ACN 609 971 717) (Omni Group, we, us or our) to our
customers who are residents of Australia and 18 years or older (you or your).
(b) To participate in the Program, new members must register an account on our website at omnipackaging.com (Site) using a valid email address. Each member is
limited to 1 account per email address. Existing members with online accounts can opt-in to the Program via the Site.
(c) By participating in the Program, you consent to receive email communications from Omni Group, which may include marketing content. You can opt-out of
communications at any time by contacting us at marketing@omnigroup.com.au.
(d) By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Where there is a breach of these Terms or
our privacy policy, we may, acting reasonably, remove your account and/or any Omni Rewards Points (Points) you have earned.
2. Earning Points
(a) You will earn 1 Point for every 1 Australian dollar spent on our Site under the Program.
(b) Omni Group may offer special promotions where additional Points can be earned per Australian dollar spent. Such offers may be subject to their own Promotion
Terms and Conditions, as notified to you from time to time.
(c) Points are valid for the current financial year, running from 1 July to 30 June, and will not carry over to following financial year. For example, all Points
accumulated from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 will expire on 1 July 2025. Expired Points cannot be reinstated.
(d) Subject to section 2(c) above, points have no expiry date so long as your account is active. If your account is closed or no longer active, your points will be
forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
(e) Points have no cash value and are not transferable, saleable or redeemable as cash, credit or equivalent.
3. Redeeming Points for Rewards
(a) To redeem your Points for a reward (Reward), please visit our Rewards Page and follow the prompts.
(b) Redemptions on our Site must be activated from an Australian-based IP address.
(c) Once Points have been redeemed for a Reward, they cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded, except as required by consumer guarantees under the
Australian Consumer Law (for instance, where the product the subject of the Reward is faulty or not as described).
4. Delivery of Rewards
(a) Rewards will be sent to the postal or email address nominated in your Program account at the time of redemption. It is your responsibility to ensure your details
are correct and we will not be responsible for Rewards sent to an incorrect address or email.
(b) Omni Group aims to deliver your Rewards within 4 weeks. If you have not received your Reward in this timeframe, please contact us at
marketing@omnigroup.com.au.
(c) If you suspect there is a fault or damage to the product the subject of your Reward, you must notify us within 4 weeks from the date the Reward has been
delivered to you.
5. Terms for specific Reward types
5.1 Merchandise Rewards (eg speakers, phones)
(a) All merchandise the subject of Rewards are subject to availability.
(b) If a chosen Reward is unavailable for reasons beyond Omni Group's control, we may substitute the Reward with one of equal or greater value. If a substitute is
not available, Points will be automatically refunded.
(c) Images are for reference only and may not reflect the actual size of the merchandise the subject of the Reward.
5.2 Non-Merchandise Rewards (eg gift cards)
(a) All non-merchandise Rewards are subject to availability.
(b) For non-merchandise Rewards, the reward provider’s terms and conditions will apply. It is your responsibility to review and understand those terms, before
redeeming your Points. For the avoidance of doubt, Omni Group acts solely as an intermediary to provide you access to the non-merchandise Reward and is not
responsible for the terms or delivery of use of the non-merchandise Reward itself.
6. Program Changes, Termination and Removal
(a) Omni Group reserves the right, acting reasonably, to modify, suspend or terminate the Program if circumstances prevent it from running as intended (eg fraud or
technical issues). Notice of such changes will be provided to you via email and/or on our Site.
(b) Any abuse of the Program, failure to comply with these Terms, fraud or attempted fraud, misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Omni
Group or any of its related bodies corporate, may result in the termination of your account and you may be ineligible for further participation in the Program.
(c) Your account is non-transferable, saleable nor redeemable as cash, credit or equivalent, and Rewards must only be redeemed by the account holder.
(d) If your account is terminated, the Points in your account will automatically be forfeited.
(e) It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time.
(f) You may terminate your account by opting out on the Site or by emailing marketing@omnigroup.com.au.
7. Privacy
Omni Group is dedicated to valuing your privacy. By participating in this Program, you consent to us collecting and using your personal information to conduct the
Program and communicate with you about the Program and/or Rewards.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law Omni Group or its related bodies corporate will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from participating in the
Program, including indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special and consequential damages or any type of damages arising out of your access, use or misuse of
the Program or Rewards, other than to the extent caused by us.

10. Force Majeure
(a) If, for any reason, the Program is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned due to a Force Majeure Event, we will, as soon as
reasonably practicable, notify you of the Force Majeure Event and take all reasonable steps to minimise disruption and may, without liability, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule, relocate or suspend the Program, as reasonably appropriate.
(b) For these purposes, Force Majeure Event means an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of a party, including natural disaster, acts of war, riots,
vandalism, failure or shortage of power supplies or other essential utility, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine, serious viral outbreak or other widespread or serious
threat to human health (including an outbreak or recurrence), government imposed shutdown or closure, strike, a change in applicable law, infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria,
Australia.
