The Omni Viverra is a battery operated mobile pallet wrapper machine. Warehouses use these machines for wrapping large pallets that wouldn’t fit on a turntable type machine. This robot pallet wrapper circles the load to wrap it securely in stretch film.
The award-winning Omni pallet wrappers have several unique features key benefits that are unique to the Omni machines. The unique power pre-stretch system that allows incredibly stretch yields of up to 400%. This reduces plastic stretch wrap costs and usage.
This mobile pallet wrapper also has an automated stretch wrap attach and cut off feature. This means the machine automatically clamps the stretch wrap at the start of the cycle, cuts it at the end, and seals it with heat. This removes the need to manually attachment and cut off the film at the start and end of the wrapping cycle. Operators can remote control this mobile wrapper which further increases warehouse efficiency.
The Viverra mobile pallet wrapper provides an effective wrapping method because of excellent automation features and programs. The unique driving system makes your pallets more stable and easier to move around. This Italian made machine is robust yet compact. It requires minimal space around the pallet.
