Automatic Carton Sealing Machine Side Belt Drive with Flap Closer and Guards is designed to streamline packaging operations by automating the carton sealing process. This machine improves efficiency and consistency by eliminating the need for manual taping, helping reduce labour requirements and supporting higher productivity in warehouse and packing environments.

Also known as a box taping machine, this unit uses two side belts to drive cartons through the machine while top and bottom tape heads apply pressure sensitive adhesive tape. As cartons move through the system, the flaps are closed and sealed securely, producing a neat and consistent finish.

Once a carton exits the sealing unit, the next carton can be fed through immediately, enabling continuous operation. The machine operates at a conveyor speed of 19 metres per minute and can be integrated into automated conveyor systems. It is also compatible with other packaging equipment such as carton erectors, pallet wrappers, and heat shrink machines, making it suitable for complete production line integration.
