1. Membership & Eligibility
ย ย (a) The Omni Rewards Program (Program) is an online-only rewards program offered by Omni Group Pty Ltd (ACN 609 971 717) (Omni Group, we, us or our) to ourย
ย ย customers who are residents of Australia and 18 years or older (you or your).
ย ย (b) To participate in the Program, new members must register an account on our website atย omnipackaging.comย (Site) using a valid email address. Each member isย
ย ย limited to 1 account per email address. Existing members with online accounts can opt-in to the Program via the Site.
ย ย (c) By participating in the Program, you consent to receive email communications from Omni Group, which may include marketing content. You can opt-out ofย
ย ย communications at any time by contacting us atย marketing@omnigroup.com.au.
ย ย (d) By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and ourย privacy policy. Where there is a breach of these Terms orย
ย ย our privacy policy, we may, acting reasonably, remove your account and/or any Omni Rewards Points (Points) you have earned.
2. Earning Points
ย ย (a) You will earn 1 Point for every 1 Australian dollar spent on our Site under the Program.
ย ย (b) Omni Group may offer special promotions where additional Points can be earned per Australian dollar spent. Such offers may be subject to their ownย Promotionย
ย ย Terms and Conditions, as notified to you from time to time.
ย ย (c) Points are valid for the current financial year, running from 1 July to 30 June, and will not carry over to following financial year. For example, all Pointsย
ย ย accumulated from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 will expire on 1 July 2025. Expired Points cannot be reinstated.
ย ย (d) Subject to section 2(c) above, points have no expiry date so long as your account is active. If your account is closed or no longer active, your points will beย
ย ย forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
ย ย (e) Points have no cash value and are not transferable, saleable or redeemable as cash, credit or equivalent.
3. Redeeming Points for Rewards
ย ย (a) To redeem your Points for a reward (Reward), please visit ourย Rewards Pageย and follow the prompts. ย
ย ย (b) Redemptions on our Site must be activated from an Australian-based IP address.
ย ย (c) Once Points have been redeemed for a Reward, they cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded, except as required by consumer guarantees under the ย ย ย
ย ย Australian Consumer Law (for instance, where the product the subject of the Reward is faulty or not as described).
4. Delivery of Rewards
ย ย (a) Rewards will be sent to the postal or email address nominated in your Program account at the time of redemption. It is your responsibility to ensure your detailsย
ย ย are correct and we will not be responsible for Rewards sent to an incorrect address or email.
ย ย (b) Omni Group aims to deliver your Rewards within 4 weeks. If you have not received your Reward in this timeframe, please contact us atย
ย ย marketing@omnigroup.com.au.
ย ย (c) If you suspect there is a fault or damage to the product the subject of your Reward, you must notify us within 4 weeks from the date the Reward has beenย
ย ย delivered to you.
5. Terms for specific Reward types
ย ย ย 5.1 Merchandise Rewards (eg speakers, phones)
ย ย (a) All merchandise the subject of Rewards are subject to availability.
ย ย (b) If a chosen Reward is unavailable for reasons beyond Omni Group's control, we may substitute the Reward with one of equal or greater value. If a substitute isย
ย ย not available, Points will be automatically refunded.
ย ย (c) Images are for reference only and may not reflect the actual size of the merchandise the subject of the Reward.
ย ย 5.2 Non-Merchandise Rewards (eg gift cards)
ย ย (a) All non-merchandise Rewards are subject to availability.
ย ย (b) For non-merchandise Rewards, the reward providerโs terms and conditions will apply. It is your responsibility to review and understand those terms, beforeย
ย ย redeeming your Points. For the avoidance of doubt, Omni Group acts solely as an intermediary to provide you access to the non-merchandise Reward and is notย
ย ย responsible for the terms or delivery of use of the non-merchandise Reward itself.
6. Program Changes, Termination and Removal
ย ย (a) Omni Group reserves the right, acting reasonably, to modify, suspend or terminate the Program if circumstances prevent it from running as intended (eg fraud orย
ย ย technical issues). Notice of such changes will be provided to you via email and/or on our Site.
ย ย (b) Any abuse of the Program, failure to comply with these Terms, fraud or attempted fraud, misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Omniย
ย ย Group or any of its related bodies corporate, may result in the termination of your account and you may be ineligible for further participation in the Program.
ย ย (c) Your account is non-transferable, saleable nor redeemable as cash, credit or equivalent, and Rewards must only be redeemed by the account holder.
ย ย (d) If your account is terminated, the Points in your account will automatically be forfeited.
ย ย (e) It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time.
ย ย (f) You may terminate your account by opting out on the Site or by emailingย marketing@omnigroup.com.au.
7. Privacy
ย ย Omni Group is dedicated to valuing your privacy. By participating in this Program, you consent to us collecting and using your personal information to conduct theย
ย ย Program and communicate with you about the Program and/or Rewards.
8. Liability
ย ย To the fullest extent permitted by law Omni Group or its related bodies corporate will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from participating in theย
ย ย Program, including indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special and consequential damages or any type of damages arising out of your access, use or misuse ofย
ย ย the Program or Rewards, other than to the extent caused by us.

10. Force Majeure
ย ย (a) If, for any reason, the Program is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned due to a Force Majeure Event, we will, as soon asย
ย ย reasonably practicable, notify you of the Force Majeure Event and take all reasonable steps to minimise disruption and may, without liability, to the fullest extentย
ย ย permitted by law, cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule, relocate or suspend the Program, as reasonably appropriate.
ย ย (b) For these purposes, Force Majeure Event means an event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of a party, including natural disaster, acts of war, riots,ย
ย ย vandalism, failure or shortage of power supplies or other essential utility, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine, serious viral outbreak or other widespread or seriousย
ย ย threat to human health (including an outbreak or recurrence), government imposed shutdown or closure, strike, a change in applicable law, infection by computerย
ย ย virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures.
11. Applicable Law
ย ย These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria, ย ย ย
ย ย Australia.
